2012.01.29 Craft Time! - Momma Bird Nest

One of my favorite people was home from college last Friday evening . . .

We spent some couch time together . . . 

computers, eating, television, conversation, reading, chocolate.

And, then . . . craft time . . .

We followed the instructions found here:

How to make a Momma Bird Necklace at Love Stitched

We made Momma Bird Nests

and used them for a matched set of earrings and necklace (Anne) . . .

For earrings (me) . . . 

And, I'm making these for my Christmas ornaments this year

(annual exchange in my family) . . .

Here they are all together; Anne and I had a great time making these!

I took this in late afternoon with the sun catching

the edges of the windows,

but with the processing . . . well, now it's a full moon night . . .
